About Us

Magick & Macabre Co. started their small business journey in February 2015 and have since provided over 8,000 pagans worldwide with magickal goods and services through their online stores and at festivals across the tri-state area.

Our shop owner, Bee Reckless, has been making spooky art under her trade artist name since 2010 when she began performing her "photographic warfare" by creating dark and spooky atmospheric photography. In 2015 Magick & Macabre Co. became her new project but she occasionally takes us back to our original roots as an art project of love. In 2021, Bee published her book "The Spellbound Grimoire" through Lulu Publishing. "The Spellbound Grimoire" contains spells, recipes, reference sheets, and more that have been created over the years by running this shop and working as a professional witch!

Bee Reckless: Shop Owner

Bee is a published indie author, certified Reiki Master Teacher and holds an AS degree in Fine Arts from SUNY Ulster. She also holds certificates in Parapsychology, Wiccan Studies, & Meditation Teaching.

Carly Bootes: Pop Up Shop Help & Creator

Carly is a professional artist and library clerk. She holds an AS degree in Independent Studies focusing in Astronomy and Archeological Studies.

She is the owner of Literary Leo, where she creates art inspired by the pop culture that inspires her. Many of her creations are available in our shop.
